How to Check Your KE Duplicate Bill
The request goes to KE, which supplies the bill document. Keep a previous bill nearby so you can match the account and month.
Enter Your Account Details
Copy the 13-digit account number from a previous bill and choose the billing month. Keep any leading zero.
Request the Issued Bill
Submit the form to open KE’s bill service in a new tab. If the document is unavailable, check the month or use the alternative official form.
Check and Save the PDF
Confirm the customer details and billing period before saving or printing the document. Use the issued amount for payment.
Choose Guidance for Your Account
The bill request is shared. Categories, fixed charges and estimates depend on whether your bill shows residential A-1 or commercial A-2.
Residential · A-1
Understand Your Household Bill
Check lifeline, protected, unprotected or time-of-use classification. Review your units, sanctioned load and any peak/off-peak registers before estimating.
- Confirm category eligibility from your bill or KE.
- Separate consumption charges from fixed charges.
- Compare adjustments, balances and payment records.
Commercial · A-2
Understand Your Business Bill
Check the commercial load band and time-of-use status. Distinguish per-connection fixed charges from demand-based charges before estimating.
- Match each account to the correct business premises.
- Confirm billed demand for per-kW fixed charges.
- Review tax items, adjustments and payment records.
Both calculators show a subtotal with stated exclusions. Compare the residential and commercial tariff tables, and use the issued bill for payment. Industrial, temporary and other specialized categories need their own applicable schedule.
Where to Find Your KE Account Number
Your 13-digit account number identifies the electricity account. Keep a previous paper or digital bill nearby.
Look for “Account Number” on Your Bill
Check the customer or account-details area near the top of your previous K-Electric bill. Copy every digit carefully, including any leading zero. Bill layouts can change, so use the field label rather than relying on an exact position.
Your meter number identifies the meter. It is not necessarily the number requested by the duplicate-bill form. A CNIC, phone number or payment reference should only be entered when the official service specifically asks for it.
Do not have an old bill? Check a saved PDF or an account already registered with an official KE service. If you still cannot locate the account number, ask KE for account-specific help.
Fix an account-number errorCheck the Field Label
Several numbers can appear on one bill. Match the label before submitting the request.
- Account Number
- The 13-digit number used by KE’s bill form.
- Meter Number
- The identifier on the meter. Do not use it in the account field.
- Billing Month
- The month of the issued bill you want to open.
Download and Print Your KE Bill
Once you open the issued document, saving a clear copy takes just a few steps.
Save Your Bill as a PDF
Use the official document’s download button. If no button appears, open your browser’s Print menu and choose Save as PDF. On a phone, check the Share or browser menu for the available save option.
Open the saved file before leaving the page. Check that the account details, month, amount and barcode are readable. A cropped screenshot can leave out something important.
Save a bill on your phonePrint a Complete Duplicate Copy
Open the actual bill, then use the PDF viewer or browser’s Print command. Check the preview on A4 paper and try fit-to-page scaling if an edge is clipped.
A duplicate copy does not change your due date or payable amount. Confirm the billing period before using it for payment, and keep the document private on shared devices.

Resolve Common KE Bill Problems
Check the account details, billing month and error message before making another request. These checks cover document access and payment records.
“Account Not Found” or Invalid Details
Compare the full account number with your previous bill. Check for spaces, missing digits and confusion with the meter number. If the connection is new, ask KE which account identifier to use.
Check your account detailsThe Bill Has Not Appeared
Confirm the account and month. A document may not yet be issued, or the service may be temporarily unavailable. Try an official alternative before assuming your bill is missing.
Find the next stepVerification Keeps Expiring
Open a fresh official form and complete its current verification. Old session links and expired challenges can fail. A regular browser may work better than a page opened inside a messaging app.
Resolve form problemsPaid, but the Bill Still Shows a Balance
Check the payment provider’s transaction record and compare its date with the bill issue date. A saved PDF may predate your payment. Keep the receipt and avoid an automatic second payment.
Check a pending paymentUnderstand Your Charges Before Payment
Separate this month’s electricity use from adjustments, earlier balances and payment deadlines.
Understand Your Charges
Start with the reading dates and billed units. Then review energy charges, fixed charges, adjustments, taxes and arrears. A higher payable amount does not always mean the unit rate went up.
If something looks wrong, keep the bill and a dated meter photograph. Our guide helps you identify the component to discuss with KE instead of disputing an unexplained total.
Understand bill componentsPay Through a Trusted Channel
Use KE’s listed payment options or your trusted banking provider. Confirm the biller, account and amount before authorizing payment, then save the receipt and transaction reference.
This website does not accept payments or request banking credentials. If a transaction is pending, check its status with the provider before attempting to pay again.
Follow the payment checklistContact KE for Account Support
Billing corrections, payment reconciliation, connection requests and electricity complaints need K-Electric’s official support. We can explain the steps, but cannot change your account.
Have your account number and relevant records ready. Keep the complaint reference for follow-up. For an electrical hazard, keep a safe distance and contact the utility promptly.

KE Duplicate Bill FAQs
Quick answers about bill access, estimates and what this website can help with.
Which Residential Category Should I Use?
Use the category on your bill or confirm it with KE. The residential guide covers lifeline, protected, unprotected and time-of-use accounts. One low-consumption month does not establish eligibility for a lower category.
Does the Residential Estimate Include Every Charge?
No. The residential calculator separates its supported energy, fixed charges and quarterly adjustment. Taxes, FCA, other surcharges and account balances are not automatically calculated. Use the issued bill for payment.
Can I Check a Commercial KE Bill Here?
The same account-and-month form sends residential and commercial bill requests to KE. Availability depends on KE issuing and returning the document. Use the commercial guide and A-2 calculator for business tariff questions, rather than applying residential slabs.
Does the Commercial Estimate Include All Taxes?
No. It separates supported energy, fixed charges and the quarterly adjustment. Taxes, duty, FCA, other surcharges and account balances are excluded. Higher-load estimates require confirmed fixed-charge billing demand. Use the issued bill for payment.
How Do I Check My KE Duplicate Bill Online?
Enter your 13-digit account number and billing month in the form above. The request opens KE’s PDF service in a new tab. If it does not return a bill, use the alternative official form and complete any verification KE requests.
Is This an Official K-Electric Website?
No. KE Duplicate Bill is an independent guide. K-Electric issues your bill and handles your account. We link to official services and explain common tasks. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by KE.
Can I Check a Bill Using Only My CNIC or Phone Number?
The bill form requires an account number and does not look up a bill from a CNIC, name or mobile number. Use the identifier requested by the official KE service. Registered official channels may have their own account-linking process.
Where Is the Account Number on My Bill?
Look for the Account Number label in the account-details area of a previous bill. Copy all 13 digits. The meter number is a separate identifier and should not be substituted unless the official form asks for it.
Can I Download and Print My Duplicate Bill for Free?
This website charges no fee. Once the official document opens, use its download control or your browser’s Save as PDF or Print option. Printing shops, mobile data and other providers may charge for their own services.
Can I See Previous Months’ Bills?
Check the bill history available through your registered official KE service, or ask KE for the period you need. A current duplicate-bill form does not necessarily provide a complete archive.
Why Is My Bill Not Showing Yet?
The account details may be incorrect, a bill may not yet have been issued, or the official service may be temporarily unavailable. Check your number and try a fresh session or another official channel.
Does a Duplicate Bill Show That I Have Paid?
A downloaded document can predate a payment. Use your payment receipt, provider transaction status and official KE account information to resolve a balance. This website cannot verify payment completion.
Will the Calculator Exactly Match My Bill?
No. It estimates the components and assumptions shown in the tool. Category rules, billing dates, adjustments, taxes and earlier balances can change the final payable amount. Always use the issued bill for payment.
Does Using Fewer Than 200 Units Automatically Make Me Protected?
Do not infer eligibility from this month alone. Check the category on your bill and the applicable tariff conditions, including any consumption-history requirements. Ask KE if your classification is unclear.
Do You Store My Account Number or Bill?
The bill form sends your account number and month directly to KE. Our code does not store them. KE and your browser may retain request information. Calculator values remain in the current browser session. Read the privacy policy for hosting details.
Who Should I Contact About an Incorrect Bill?
Contact K-Electric through 118, (021) 99000 or its other official channels. Have the account number, billing month and supporting records ready. KE can investigate its account records. This independent website cannot correct them.
